In July 2008, Gary and Sue Kirton built and opened a store in the midst of the Seneca Lake Wine Trail in Hector. They started with the notion of selling fruits, vegetables and flowers in season, as well as gift items. In year two, 2009, they added a commercial kitchen. And in 2010, the kitchen and the menu doubled. Kirton's Farm Market is now open for their fifth season. Visit to enjoy some of their finest, homemade and absolutely delicious food!
